Shipping
We
have a WORLDWIDE Flat-Fee Shipping Charge of just $10 (shipping for Layaway
Multiple Items may cost more). Shipping methods
used are at our discretion. We reserve the rights to invoice you additional
shipping for orders heavier than 1.76lb or 800g. Most orders are usually sent via Registered
Global Express Mail and normally takes about 5 to 7 business days.
Signature
is required for ANY type of deliveries used.
We
accept shipping to PO Box Addresses except for our makeup train cases.
However, we can only ship by non-registered post to such addresses as this is the only method that does not require a signature on receipt. Please note,
we do not recommend this option so should you still choose this option, you will
accept liability for non-delivery for whatever reason. Since non-registered post cannot be
tracked, we recommend that you provide us with an alternative 'non PO Box'
address.
Shipping
for ALL Makeup Cases are sent within USA only via UPS.
Unfortunately for makeup cases, we cannot deliver to PO Box Addresses.
For Registered
Global Express Mail, only limited tracking is available after about
10 working days from the date of dispatch. .
Please note no tracking is available for Non-Registered
Global Express Mail.

*Shipping costs will only be reimbursed in instances where we are at
fault. REFUND FOR 'RETURN-TO-SENDER' RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED THE SHIPPING
CHARGES BOTH WAYS. Discounted grouped items and other promotions can be exchanged only if defective (workmanship) but can not be returned individually for a refund. Free Gifts or Sale items
or Special Intro items can not be returned or exchanged. Please see our How Do I Return It? section. We have full discretion and reserve the rights to refuse to replace or refund to those that we feel are abusing any of the above guarantee / warranty so please read and understand our entire Makeup Brush Care Page and follow the instructions
given, including the Shedding Test. Please do not return makeup brushes that are NOT shedding, or those that are defective but NOT due to our workmanship, hoping to receive a NEW replacement under the warranty because you will do so at your own expense! We provide the above guarantee / warranty in good faith and reserve the rights to change them without any notice. Again, we stress ABUSE IT and IT'S GONE!
Makeup Cases or Train Cases may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (less the 15% restocking fee) within the first 7 days after the case has been delivered. (unless it was a Sale Item, then ALL SALES ARE FINAL.) They must be returned in new condition in the original packaging complete with all accessories and free gifts, if any.
(You will need to email us for a Return Code and have the case post marked in the first 7 days after delivery. Any Makeup Case or Train Case returned with out a return code will be refused.)
Any item damaged due to shipping must be reported as soon as you get it, the item will then be picked back up and replaced.
Free Gifts,
Mineral Cosmetics, ALL Special Offers or Sale items (are ANY items marked with a 'Sale Price'
and may include any of the items specified in (A), (B) and (D) herein and
Mineral Cosmetics), can not be returned or exchanged.
All other items, NOT SPECIFIED ABOVE, if defective can be exchanged within 7 days but cannot be returned.
Send an email to Customer Service request a Return Code number. Any items returned without a Return Code number will be refused. Please indicate if the item is damaged or not and indicate whether or not you desire a replacement. We will respond in 1-2 business days with Return Code number and the return shipping address. To avoid any unnecessary delay, please package the item for return and clearly mark the Return Code number on the shipping label. For Large Parcels such as Makeup Cases, do not write directly on the manufacturers package! Please use shipping labels and clear plastic packaging tape only! No brown plastic tape, masking tape,
duct tape, scotch tape or paper tape because we feel they do not secure the parcel as well! We highly recommend you insure your package and use a carrier with the ability to track your package. As we are not responsible for any returned merchandise lost by the shipper. Return shipping is not refundable. We will issue your refund within ONE business day of receiving your return. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. Shipping costs are not refundable unless we are at fault.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT 'RETURN TO SENDER' since the return usually takes
around 2 to 3 months to arrive back and are sometimes damaged!
If an item is out of stock you may cancel your order by sending an email to Customer Service. Your order is not cancelled until you receive an email confirming the cancellation. Orders for items that are in stock typically can not be cancelled after the order is placed. This is due to the fact that orders are processed early in the morning to ensure prompt delivery. Once an order is processed it is not practical to cancel it.

Layaway
Terms and Conditions (updated 2 July 2004)

also offer a layaway payment plan, for specified items available on our Layaway
Special Order Form Page,
where you can spread the purchase price of goods over a period of time. Shipping
costs is included unless otherwise stated.
Layaway is a
purchase plan designed for customers who want to buy merchandise without paying
the full price immediately.
Layaways are
different from credit purchases. When you buy on credit, you take the
merchandise before you pay. Credit also involves extra charges. When you use a
layaway plan, you pay in full through installments before getting the
merchandise and there are no additional charges (Multiple Items are charged
$10 Shipping Fee per item, for e.g. 3 items are charged $30 shipping fee).
With most plans, you make the first installment plan (including ANY Start Up
Cost), usually a percentage of the purchase price. The remaining amount due is
paid over a period of time. Payments are made monthly until you have paid for
the item in full. We hold your goods during that time.
We offer the
following layaway plans:
1.
Available only on Items specified on our Layaway
Special Order Form Page with either of the following plans:
a) 2-payment
plan: Start Up Cost plus 1/2 down, and the remaining 1/2 in 30 days.
b)
3-payment plan: Start Up Cost plus 1/3 down, 1/3 in 30 days and
the remaining 1/3 in 60 days.
c)
4-payment plan:
Start Up Cost plus 1/4 down, 1/4 in 30 days, 1/4 in 60 days and the remaining
1/4 in 90 days.
2. Once you have committed
to any of our Layaway plan, it can be adjusted to another layaway plan however
restocking fee will apply.
3.
We do not offer layaway on items not specified on Layaway
Special Order Form Page. Layaway is available
only as a separate order on its own and cannot be combined with other layaway or
non-layaway items. If you would like to Layaway multiple quantities of
the same item, please
contact us for a special layaway plan and payment schedule that will best suit your
needs.
4.
You will receive an invoice by email for each installment plan payment
due.
5.
The Start Up Cost charged, is a restocking fee and is non-refundable. Any
layaway cancellations or changes will be charged the restocking fee. Any
remaining credits (excluding the restocking fee) will be given as a credit
to be used for purchase on our site. The credits are good for 60 days. We
will only give refund of any layaway deposit and subsequent payments (before the
end of the stated layaway period), if the goods become unavailable.
6.
If a payment becomes 30 days late, the restocking fee will be charged
immediately and any remaining credit will become a shop credit for the customer
(see no.5 above).
7.
Item will be secured at
the sale price of the date processed. That is, the
price of the goods on the date the layaway is started is what the layaway order
will be billed at, whether stock goes on special or has a price increase later.
8.
You cannot receive item until it is completely paid for.
9.
We do not accept any new layaways between 1st December and 31st December
of each year.
10.
By ordering using any of our Layaway Plans, you hereby agree to our Layaway
Terms and Conditions.
